How Kelvio Events works

Organisers list & sell

Independent organisers publish events and sell tickets. The organiser is the seller and merchant of record — responsible for the event, refunds and compliance.

Direct Stripe payments

Ticket payments are processed by Stripe directly for the organiser via Stripe Connect. Kelvio does not hold ticket proceeds and may receive a disclosed platform fee.

Attendees buy with confidence

All prices and booking fees are shown before payment. Attendees' contract for the event is with the identified organiser.

For organisers

Connect your Stripe account, accept the organiser agreement and publish. You keep control of the event, ticket fulfilment, refunds and compliance; Kelvio provides the ticketing technology and a disclosed platform fee.

For attendees

Every event clearly shows who is selling it. Your purchase contract is with the identified organiser; contact them for event-specific questions, changes and refunds. Kelvio handles platform and payment-routing support. Your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply.
