This policy explains how Kelvio's AI features work, their limitations, and your responsibilities when using them.
How our AI features work
AI features (including the AI Compliance Concierge, document summaries, File-to-Form extraction and voice transcription) process the content you provide to generate suggestions, extract information and answer questions.
Assistive, not advisory
AI output is informational and assistive only. It is not legal, engineering, medical or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for verifying accuracy and for your compliance and business decisions.
Human review
AI-generated fields, records, tasks and recommendations are presented for your review and are not saved or actioned automatically without your approval. AI output is clearly marked as requiring review.
Accuracy & limitations
AI can make mistakes, misread documents or produce incomplete results. Always check extracted data, dates and recommendations before relying on them.
Data & model training
We do not use your documents, recordings or data to train external AI models without your explicit consent. Content is processed to deliver the requested feature and handled under our Privacy Policy.
