Privacy Policy
Angela Glekas trading as Redline Plan Consultants (ABN 95 379 160 339) (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information across our websites, the Kelvio platform and Kelvio Events.

Information we collect
Depending on the products you use we may collect: account and business details (name, business name, ABN, email, phone, billing information); event and organiser details; ticket-buyer details (name, email, order and attendance information); documents you upload; compliance and workflow records; device, browser and log information; and, where you enable them, optional location-based features.
How we collect it
Through account registration, forms, quote/service and ticket purchases, Stripe payment flows, integrations you authorise, cookies and analytics, and communications with us.
How we use it
To provide and operate our products, process payments and payouts, deliver events and tickets, provide support, send transactional and (where permitted) marketing communications, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. For Kelvio Events ticket sales the event organiser is the merchant of record and receives buyer information needed to deliver the event.
Disclosure
We may disclose personal information to service providers who help us operate (such as Stripe, hosting and email providers), to event organisers (for tickets you buy), and where required or permitted by law. Some providers may process data overseas; we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections.
Security & retention
We protect information using encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and secure hosting. We retain information while your account is active and as required to provide services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information, ask about our handling of it, or make a privacy complaint by contacting info@redlineplanconsultants.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
