Privacy Policy
Redline Plan Consultants Pty Ltd (“Redline Plan Consultants”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you use Redline Plan Consultants, Kelvio, our website, mobile applications and online services.
Information we collect
Depending on the modules you use, we may collect: account and business details (name, business name, ABN, email, phone, billing information); employee information (profiles, qualifications, training, availability, emergency contacts); property information; documents you upload; compliance and workflow records; and account activity.
Audio recordings & Speech-to-Text
Where you use voice/Speech-to-Text features, we process audio recordings to generate transcripts. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely, access is permissioned, and you may delete recordings. For interviews and meetings, you are responsible for obtaining any required consent before recording.
AI processing & File-to-Form
AI features (including File-to-Form extraction) process the content you submit to generate summaries, extract fields and make suggestions. AI output is presented for your review and is never saved without your approval. We do not use your documents or recordings to train external AI models without your explicit consent.
Location & device information
If you enable optional location-based features (e.g. Time Clock GPS verification), we collect location data at the time of the action. We also collect device and browser information for security and troubleshooting.
How we collect information
Through website forms, account registration, quote and service requests, contact forms, Stripe payments, connected third-party integrations you authorise, cookies and analytics.
How we use your information
To provide the platform and its modules, manage subscriptions, deliver support and professional services, send compliance reminders and notifications, operate AI features, run integrations you enable, maintain security and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Card details are never stored by Redline Plan Consultants; processing is handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS standards.
Third-party integrations
If you connect third-party applications (e.g. accounting, calendar, storage), you authorise the exchange of data between Kelvio and those services to provide the requested functionality. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential, session and analytics cookies (including Google Analytics) to operate the platform and understand usage. See our Cookie Policy for detail. You can control cookies via your browser.
Data security
We protect information using encryption in transit and at rest, authentication, access controls, secure cloud hosting and regular updates.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as required to provide services and meet legal obligations. Recordings and transcripts may be subject to retention settings you configure.
Your rights & deletion requests
You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, export your data (subject to platform capabilities), and close your account by contacting info@redlineplanconsultants.com.au. We action verified requests within a reasonable period.
