Website & Service Terms

Last Updated: September 2026 · Version 1.0

Application

These terms apply to use of the Redline Plan Consultants website, quotation requests, uploaded documents, drafting services, site measures, floor plans, evacuation diagrams, liquor licence redline plans, marketing floor plans, property documentation and other services supplied by Redline Plan Consultants.

Quotations

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are based on the information supplied by the customer at the time of quotation.

If the project scope, property, number of drawings, required revisions, site conditions or information supplied changes, additional fees may apply.

Any additional charges will be communicated to the customer before additional chargeable work proceeds.

Customer-Supplied Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information reasonably required to complete their project.

Redline may rely on drawings, measurements, photographs, sketches, instructions and other information supplied by customers or authorised third parties.

Where information supplied is incomplete, inaccurate or subsequently changed, revisions, additional work or additional charges may be required.

Customer-Supplied Drawings

Customers uploading architectural drawings, floor plans, site plans, PDFs, CAD files, photographs, logos, reports or property documentation confirm that they have appropriate authority or permission to provide those materials to Redline Plan Consultants.

Site Measures

Site measurements represent conditions reasonably observable and accessible at the time of attendance.

Unless specifically commissioned otherwise, a Redline site measure is not a cadastral survey, engineering survey or licensed land survey.

Hidden, inaccessible or concealed building conditions cannot necessarily be identified during a standard site measure.

Floor Plans

Floor plans prepared for marketing, presentation, existing-condition documentation or similar purposes must not automatically be represented as construction drawings or certified survey documentation.

The intended purpose of the drawing should determine the level of verification required.

Liquor Licence Redline Plans

Redline prepares drawings based on information provided by the customer and/or obtained during the agreed project scope.

Preparation of a redline plan does not itself guarantee approval of a liquor licence application. Final approval remains with the relevant licensing authority.

Evacuation Diagrams

Evacuation diagrams and related documentation are prepared according to the agreed scope and information available at the time of preparation.

The customer remains responsible for ensuring that information concerning emergency procedures, equipment locations, assembly areas and property conditions supplied to Redline is accurate and current.

Where professional assessment, fire engineering, emergency planning or regulatory certification is required beyond Redline’s agreed scope, appropriate qualified professionals should be engaged.

NDIS / SDA Property Documentation

Where Redline provides floor plans, evacuation diagrams or other property documentation relating to NDIS/SDA properties, the drawings must not automatically be represented as NDIS certification, SDA certification, building certification or professional compliance advice unless that specific service has expressly been commissioned and is being supplied by an appropriately qualified provider.

Marketing Floor Plans

Marketing floor plans are intended primarily for property presentation and marketing.

Dimensions and areas should be treated according to the level of measurement and verification commissioned for the particular project. An appropriate disclaimer is included on marketing floor plans where required.

Revisions

The number of revisions included, what constitutes a revision, and when additional fees may apply are set out within the applicable quotation/order.

Where the customer changes the original scope, additional fees may apply. Revision charges are not hidden solely inside legal terms.

Turnaround Times

Standard, priority, 24-hour, 10-hour or other turnaround options clearly state whether the timeframe is estimated or guaranteed.

Turnaround commences only once the required information/files and applicable payment or approval have been received.

Client Approval

Where appropriate, drawings are provided for customer review before final issue.

Customer approval does not remove any legal obligations that cannot lawfully be transferred to the customer. Records of approvals and significant requested changes are maintained.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

These terms distinguish between material supplied by customers, drawings/content produced by Redline, Kelvio-generated content, and Redline/Kelvio templates, branding and software.

Redline does not automatically claim ownership of third-party or customer material. The customer’s permitted use of final deliverables is established in the applicable order.

Website Information

Information published on the website is general information about Redline/Kelvio services and is not professional advice for a particular property or project.

External Links

Redline/Kelvio may provide links to external websites and third-party services and is not responsible for third-party website content or availability except to the extent required by applicable law.

Website Availability

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems or third-party infrastructure. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Portfolio / Our Work

Ordering a service does not automatically give Redline permission to publicly display a customer project.

Portfolio publication follows Redline’s permissions and privacy processes — removing personal and confidential information, anonymising addresses, obtaining permission where necessary, and clearly identifying demonstration/AI concept projects.
