Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using Kelvio. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Permitted use
Use Kelvio only for your lawful business operations and in accordance with your subscription and applicable laws.
Prohibited conduct
You must not: attempt unauthorised access to the platform or other customers' data; upload malicious software or harmful code; interfere with or disrupt service availability, security or integrity; reverse engineer the platform; or use it to infringe others' rights or breach any law.
Content responsibility
You are responsible for the content you upload and the accuracy of records you create, including employee, property, compliance and workflow data.
Data & privacy
When storing information about employees, contractors or third parties, you must have the necessary rights and consents and comply with applicable privacy laws.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of this policy. Where possible we will provide notice, except where immediate action is required to protect the platform or other customers.
