Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Redline Plan Consultants website and the Kelvio platform. By using the website or Kelvio, you agree to these Terms. Kelvio is the software platform; Redline Plan Consultants provides optional professional services.
Acceptance
Using the website or Kelvio means you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or platform.
Platform services
Kelvio provides business operations software, including document management, compliance management, workflow automation, digital forms, HR & workforce management, property management, AI-powered assistance, and integrations with third-party software. Available features depend on your subscription and enabled modules.
Professional services
Redline Plan Consultants offers optional professional services (drafting, compliance and consulting). These are separate from your software subscription. Quotes, project delivery, revisions and turnaround times are governed by the relevant service agreement. Purchasing a Kelvio subscription does not automatically include any drafting or consulting services.
Accounts
You agree to keep credentials secure, provide accurate information, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
Subscription terms
Kelvio is offered on Essential, Professional and Enterprise plans, billed monthly (and annually if offered). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Some modules or Industry Packs may incur additional charges. Cancellation and refunds are covered below.
Industry Packs & modules
Modules can be enabled or disabled. Features vary by subscription tier and the selected Industry Pack. Additional modules may incur extra charges. Disabling a module hides it but does not delete your historical data.
Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel any time via the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billed, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law. Discretionary refunds are assessed case-by-case.
AI disclaimer
AI features are designed to assist users; AI-generated recommendations are informational only. Customers remain responsible for verifying compliance and legal obligations. Kelvio does not provide legal, engineering or regulatory advice unless separately engaged through Redline Plan Consultants under a professional services agreement.
Workflow automation
Automations and workflows are user-configured. You are responsible for reviewing workflow logic and remain responsible for decisions and outcomes resulting from automated processes.
Integrations
Third-party integrations are optional. By connecting an application you authorise data exchange with it. Kelvio is not responsible for outages, errors or changes to third-party services.
Digital signatures & electronic records
The platform supports electronic signatures, signed acknowledgements and electronic records, with associated audit trails (signature, date, time and related metadata). Electronic records and signatures are intended to be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by law.
Data ownership
You own your data. Redline Plan Consultants does not claim ownership of your content. You may export your data subject to platform capabilities.
Availability & service levels
We may perform planned maintenance, release updates and new features, and occasionally experience service interruptions. Beta features are provided 'as is' and may change or be withdrawn. Enterprise service levels, where offered, are set out in a separate agreement.
Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy: no unauthorised access, malicious software, unlawful use, or interference with availability.
Intellectual property
The Kelvio software, branding, website content and related IP remain owned by Redline Plan Consultants. Content and documents you upload remain owned by you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Nothing excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
